A minimum of 20 people, including adults & children 100 cm’s or taller is required to be eligible for Group Concession rates.
Bookings must be made and fully paid for at least 7 days prior to the date of your function. Any bookings for weekends from 23rd November to 15th December 2013 must be made and fully paid for at least 21 days prior to the function date. Upon receipt of your full payment and booking form, tickets will be mailed out to you.
Bookings of 40 or more people for Weekends from 23rd November to 15th December 2013 require a deposit of $800. This deposit is non refundable. A booking form showing number of guests must be completed and returned with your deposit. Number of guests and any optional extras must be confirmed at least 21 days prior to the date of your function and payment made accordingly. When confirming your number of guests, we will only allow a shortfall of 10% from the number shown on your booking form. Upon receipt of your final payment, tickets will be mailed out to you. A postage & handling fee of $10.00 will apply.
Credit Card payments will incur a 2% payment processing fee. Only Visa & Mastercard accepted
Your Guests must present a ticket to gain entry on the day of your function. They will not be admitted without a ticket. Please distribute tickets to your Guests prior to the function date.
Funfields is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets. Funfields has no ticket refund policy which includes inclement weather.
If there is an increase in your number of guests on the day of your function full payment by the function organiser will be required before entry to the park.
There will be no refund issued if there is a decrease in your number of guests on the day of your function. Any unused tickets will be valid for use until 27th April 2014,EXCLUDING THE MONTH OF JANUARY.
The Group rate includes entry into Funfields and unlimited rides all day on all our attractions including motorised rides. [height/age restrictions apply]
Group bookings have Reserved Undercover Seating in either a Shelter or Marquees.
Funfields is an outdoor Fun Park. In the event of inclement weather please note that in the interest of safety, the use of some rides may be restricted or temporarily unavailable. No refunds will be available.
Vehicles will not be permitted to drive into the park grounds for the purpose of setting up. There cannot be any exception to this rule. If you are enlisting the services of an outside Caterer, please ensure they are aware of this.
If you have a cool room or refrigerated unit to use for a weekend function, it must be brought in on Friday and picked up on Monday.
Funfields offers an extensive range of catering which is optional. Please note that hiring your own outside caterer will incur a surcharge of $1.00 per guest.
Funfields does not allow commercially prepared food to be brought in. Eg McDonalds etc.
There are communal BBQ’s available at Funfields and these cannot be reserved. They operate on tokens which cost $1.00 for 20 minutes. If you require exclusive use of a BBQ, gas bbq’s are available for hire at $30.00 each. These must be pre booked 24hrs prior to your function.
Alcohol is permitted but must be consumed within the shelters and marquees only.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
