General InformationFirst Aid: A First Aid Room is located at the Entry Building Lost Parents/Children: Children that become lost or separated from their parents or guardians will be taken to the Guest Services Office located at the Funfields Entry Building. Locker Hire: Lockers are available for hire at the Wacky Waters toilet/ change room area. Cost for locker hire is $6.00 per day. Guest Services: A Guest Services office is located at the Funfields Entry building.... visit the Guest Services office if you have any queries, purchase Seasons Passes, Gift Vouchers or for information on Birthday Parties, Group Concessions, Family Reunions, School Excursions etc. Lost & Found: Any misplaced items will be stored in the Guest Services office. Funfields is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Payments: Cash, Debit Cards, Visa & Mastercard are acceptable forms of payment at Funfields. ( A 2% surcharge applies to Credit Card payments) Please note that there is a $10 minimum for purchases at the Funfields Outdoor Cafe. American & Diners Cards are not accepted.
