As our 2019-20 season was unexpectedly reduced by 18 operating days, all 2019-20 season pass holders and unused pre-purchased day tickets will be valid for use within the first 18 operating days of the 2020-21 season.

FAQs
I have not yet used my season pass at all. Am I entitled to a refund?

As per our terms and conditions, Season Passes are non-refundable. However, given that our 2019-20 season closed 18 operating days early, we plan to offer our members the first 18 days of our 2020-21 season as an extension to their validity.

I did not get to use my Season Pass benefit; the Bring a Friend for Free complimentary one-day ticket that I was going to use. What do I get instead?
We acknowledge that we closed prior to our final Bring a Friend for Free weekend for Season Pass holders and this may have disappointed some of our members. These are associated benefits only and not transferable. Sadly, due to capacity limitations and contact tracing requirements to operate our COVID-SAFE plan, we will not be able to offer a replacement Bring A Friend day.
I have unused tickets from the 2019-20 season?

If you have not yet used or redeemed your tickets, they will also be valid for the first 18 days of our 2020-21 season. Conditions of entry including height restrictions still apply.

I have unused tickets from a group function. Can I still use them?

If you have not yet used or redeemed your tickets, they will also be valid for the first 18 days of our 2020-21 season.

I have 2019-20 fundraising / complimentary tickets. Can I still use them?

If you have not yet used or redeemed your tickets, they will also be valid for the first 18 days of our 2020-21 season.

I cannot visit during those first 18 days. Can I have a refund instead?
No. Our terms and conditions state that if Funfields closes for any reason, Season Passes and tickets will not be refunded or extended. However, we have chosen to offer our Season Pass holders and unused ticket holders 18 days to make use of their passes and tickets.
