Our number one priority remains the health and safety of our Guests and Team Members

The health & wellbeing of our guests and team members is incredibly important to us. We have introduced a range of measures to ensure every visit is a safe and enjoyable one, once we are able to re-open.

Please note that if you have an unused ticket from the 2019/2020 Season, you do not need to book online to visit. Present your ticket at the gate to gain entry any day Funfields is open until 24th December 2020. If you were a Season Pass holder in the 2019/2020 Season, you do not need to book online to visit. Present your membership card at the gate to gain entry any day Funfields is open until 18th December 2020.

Sadly, due to capacity limitations and contact tracing requirements to operate our COVID-SAFE plan, we will not be able to offer a replacement Bring A Friend day or any other associated benefit during this extension period.

As our 2019-20 season was unexpectedly reduced by 18 operating days, all 2019-20 season pass holders and unused pre-purchased day tickets will be valid for use within the first 18 operating days of the 2020-21 season. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you back for the 2020-21 season.

No. Our terms and conditions state that if Funfields closes for any reason, Season Passes and tickets will not be refunded or extended. However, we have chosen to offer our Season Pass holders and unused ticket holders 18 days to make use of their passes and tickets.
We acknowledge that we closed prior to our final Bring a Friend for Free weekend for Season Pass holders and this may have disappointed some of our members. These are associated benefits only and not transferable. Sadly, due to capacity limitations and contact tracing requirements to operate our COVID-SAFE plan, we will not be able to offer a replacement Bring A Friend day.
If you have not yet used or redeemed your tickets, they will also be valid for the first 18 days of our 2020-21 season.

As per our terms and conditions, Season Passes are non-refundable. However, given that our 2019-20 season closed 18 operating days early, we plan to offer our members the first 18 days of our 2020-21 season as an extension to their validity.
