GENERAL FAQ’s
YES, Guests must prebook a ticket online. Our Day Pass includes Entry & Unlimited Rides ALL DAY including motorised rides. (Please note that height restrictions apply on our rides. View Height Chart for all Rides.)
You can bring your own food & drinks excluding alcohol into Funfields. Eskies, Trolleys, BYO food and drinks EXCLUDING ALCOHOL are permitted in the allocated Picnic areas only. You can have a picnic or use one of our BBQs (tokens for operation can be purchased from Funfields Café & Guest Services).
We do not allow commercially prepared food into Funfields. Eg. Maccas, Fish & Chips, Pizza etc…
We also offer a huge range of food, drinks and treats at our onsite Café & Refresh Ice Cream Shop. Click here for information on food options
Rides may close up to half an hour before park closes. Please refer to our Season Open Times.
We do not provide a Family Pass. Each guest is priced according to their individual heights.
Funfields offer two locker sizes at 3 locations throughout the park. They are available for hire per day. Lockers are self serve at locker locations.

Unfortunately, like every other park of this nature, there is no discount entry for spectators.
Given we cannot account for people’s activities once they enter the park, any entry fee must assume a use of the facilities and amenities. The entry fee also accounts for the welfare and safety of anyone on the park premises.
Yes, we accept all cards except for American Express and Diners Club. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge applicable to all credit card purchases.
We accept Seniors Aged Pension Cards and Australian Seniors Cards.
Yes. Funfields has 9 huge undercover areas with tables and seating. There are also gas & electric communal bbq’s. These bbq’s are token operated & the tokens can be purchased from the Funfields Café and Guest Services.
Please note personal bbq’s cannot be used at Funfields.
No personal bbq’s [gas or charcoal] are permitted to be brought in to Funfields. We have gas and electric token operated bbq’s available.
A designated Smoking Area is located inside the park. Smoking is prohibited outside of this area.
Yes you can. We also offer a huge range of food, drinks and treats at our onsite Café & Refresh Ice Cream Shop.
The Outdoor Café offers great range of food including coffee & cakes, Focaccias, Pies, Pasties, Hot Dogs, Hot Chips etc.….. Click here for more……
Unfortunately, pets are no longer permitted in the Park grounds. Seeing eye dogs are permitted into the park
Yes, please visit Gift Cards page, our Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for tickets, food & drinks at Funfields. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date.
No, VIP Hut Hire does not include Entry into the Park, tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket gate on arrival.
For safety reasons, we cannot operate the Toboggans, Pirate Ship and Voodoo whilst it is raining. In extreme weather conditions such as lightening, we cannot operate any Water Rides. Once the rain or lightening stops, they will commence operation.
Email through to info@funfields.com.au or simply call through on 03 9716 1078 to reschedule your tickets. You must allow a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booking date to reschedule your tickets. Date changes are subject to availability and park operating hours. All unused tickets expire at the end of the season; 7th April 2024, and cannot be extended further.
No refunds are provided on pre-purchased tickets. If you contact the morning of your booking date, we can accommodate a reschedule of your visit. Please email through to info@funfields.com.au or simply call through on 03 9716 1078 to reschedule your tickets. Date changes are subject to availability and park operating hours. All unused tickets expire at the end of the season; 7th April 2024, and cannot be extended further.
