Are you friendly and proactive, with a warm and welcoming approach? In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will assist with ticket or merchandise sales, the entry process and handling guest enquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival to departure. You must be confident using a POS system and working outdoors. Strong positive communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key.
