The theme park provided by FUNFIELDS THEMEPARK PTY LTD ABN 88 661 840 642 operating under the registered business name Funfields (‘Funfields’, ‘We’, Us’, ‘Our’) is intended for the exclusive use of Funfields ticketholders while utilising the Funfields theme park facilities (guests).
By entering this theme park or our other facilities, purchasing a ticket, purchasing any goods or services from us or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by the Conditions of Entry and all applicable Terms and Conditions available at https://www.funfields.com.au/terms-conditions/ and available to you when you purchase a ticket, purchase any of our goods and services, and as otherwise advised, published or posted by Funfields (Terms):
- This theme park is exclusively for use by Funfields guests who are participating in theme park related activities.
- You enter and use this theme park at your own risk.
- If you do not accept these Terms, you must not enter the theme park or leave as soon as possible.
- By entering this theme park, and purchasing your tickets, you agree that you are entering into a contractual relationship with us where you gain the benefits of the attractions in the theme park and both parties agree to abide by these Terms.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, there are no refunds or rainchecks.
- Funfields may close rides, attractions and/or the whole premises on a permanent or temporary basis due to adverse weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance activity, capacity, special events or other reasons.
- You agree (and if a minor, your parent or guardian must agree):
(a) that entering the theme park and participating in the activities within may expose you to risk, including accidents, injury, illness or even death. You assume all risk of injuries associated with participation in the theme park, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other guests and agree to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner when using the theme park; and
(b) to use this theme park solely in accordance with all signs and reasonable directions and/or requests given by or on behalf of Funfields. - To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the further Terms and Conditions, the total liability of each party in respect of loss or damage sustained by the other party in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you to us for any goods or services.
(a) personal injury or death to individuals or animals in this theme park;
(b) damage to, destruction of, loss, theft of any of your property in this theme park however caused; or
(c) any financial or consequential loss arising out of the use of this theme park. - To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other party for:
- WARNING: If you participate in these activities your rights to sue the supplier under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 if you are killed or injured because the activities were not supplied with due care and skill or were not reasonably fit for their purpose, are excluded, restricted or modified in the way set out in or on this notice.
- NOTE: The change to your rights, as set out in or on this notice, does not apply if your death or injury is due to gross negligence on the supplier’s part. Gross negligence, in relation to an act or omission, means doing the act or omitting to do an act with reckless disregard, with or without consciousness, for the consequences of the act or omission. See regulation 5 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Regulations 2022 and section 22(3)(b) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012.
- For security purposes, the theme park is monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras. By entering this theme park, individuals consent to being recorded by CCTV cameras for security and safety reasons.
- Funfields reserves the right to revoke entry privileges and deny access to theme park guests, if they are reasonably found to be in breach of these Terms.
- If any of these Terms are void or unenforceable, the offending part will be disregarded and will not affect the remaining part.
- The laws of Victoria apply to these Terms where applicable.

Funfields Theme Park reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to FUNFIELDS THEMEPARK PTY LTD ABN 88 661 840 642 operating under the registered business name Funfields (‘Funfields’, ‘We’, Us’, ‘Our’). By entering and using our them park or our other facilities, purchasing a ticket, purchasing any goods or services from us or otherwise engaging with us (Theme Park), you agree to abide by Conditions of Entry and all applicable Terms and Conditions available at https://www.funfields.com.au/conditions-of-entry/ and available to you when you purchase a ticket, and as otherwise advised, published or posted by Funfields (Terms).
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please carefully read and adhere to the following Terms.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1. COMPLIANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS
(a) All guests must comply with these Terms and instructions provided by the Theme Park’s staff.
(b) You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by Funfields staff including the operators of any ride or device, without objection.
(c) Failure to comply with these Terms may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
(d) We reserve the right to change these Terms without prior notice for legal and safety reasons at any time. Otherwise, we will try to provide you with as much notice as possible for any changes.
2.2. ADMISSION AND TICKETS
(a) To enter the park the appropriate entry ticket must be purchased. No ticket, No entry.
(b) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funfields does not provide refunds or rainchecks. All sales are final.
(c) A valid wristband must be worn at all times.
(d) Admission price includes unlimited rides on all rides and attractions. It does not include Slingshot, food, refreshments, locker hire, BBQ hire or merchandise.
(e) We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with these Terms or whose presence is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
(f) No refunds will be issued for admission fees or any other charges in the event of removal of any guest or refusal of entry of any individual for any reason, including due to non-compliance with these Terms.
(g) Funfields reserves the right to inspect any bags or other goods in your possession or your locker immediately upon request, including viewing of any images taken within the park including for safety and child protection reasons.
2.3. ATTRACTIONS AND RIDES – CLOSURE
(a) Funfields may close rides, attractions and/or the whole premises on a permanent or temporary basis due to adverse weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance activity, capacity, special events or other reasons. There will be no extensions to your t or Day Pass as a result of limited visitation, premises or ride closure.
(b) Rides may stop up to half an hour before the Theme Park closes.
(c) Funfields reserves the right to alter trading hours without notice
(d) Guests presenting a Carers or Companion Card, who wish to ride the Alpine Toboggan Slide, may undergo a safety assessment to ensure they can safely control the toboggan and follow instructions for the safety of all participants.
(e) For your safety height, weight or age restrictions apply on most attractions. See Ride Restrictions.
(f) Some rides may operate on a timed rotation basis; please refer to the daily ride schedule board.
2.3.2. WEATHER GUARANTEE
(a) Due to extreme weather conditions such as rain, lightning, or high winds, we may need to temporarily close rides for your safety. We will make every effort to resume operations as quickly as possible.
(b) However, where all attractions are forced to close due to extreme or inclement weather for a consecutive period of 90 minutes or more, Funfields will close. A weather guarantee complimentary ticket may be issued for use on an alternative operating day within the 2025-2026 season, subject to ticket eligibility, and you may be eligible for other remedies as set out in the Australian Consumer Law.
(c) The following products and experiences are not eligible for weather guarantee: Season Pass admission, VIP Huts, Day Bed and Lounges, complimentary tickets (including weather guarantee tickets) and group/ bulk tickets. An eligible ticket must have been redeemed on the day of the weather event.
2.4. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND ADULT SUPERVISION OF MINORS
(a) Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied or under the active supervision of a person 16 years old or older to gain admission.
(b) Adults are responsible for minors under their supervision at all times.
(c) IMPORTANT: LIFEGUARDS ARE NOT BABY SITTERS YOU are responsible for YOUR CHILDREN at ALL TIMES! Parents and guardians should actively supervise their children at all times and be dressed ready to enter a pool if required.
(d) The Theme Park is not intended for unsupervised use by any person under the age of 14 years old or any person who has previously been suspended or prohibited from using the Theme Park. By using the Theme Park, you represent and warrant that you are either:
(i) over the age of 14 years and accessing the Theme Park for personal use; or
(ii) accessing the Theme Park on behalf of someone under the age of 18 years old and consent to that person’s use of the Theme Park and these Terms.
(e) Please do not access the Theme Park if you are under the age of 18 years old and do not have your parent or guardian’s consent, or if you have previously been suspended or prohibited from using the Theme Park.
2.5. ACCESSIBILITY
(a) Accessibility is important to us, however this must be balanced with safety.
(b) We have procedures around people with different abilities using rides that require competency, and times when things such as glasses are not able to be worn.

2.6. HEALTH & SAFETY
(a) Guests are required to ensure that their use of the Theme Park does not pose a risk to their own health or the health of other guests. Running is strictly prohibited within the Theme Park premises.
(b) Guests must use caution when entering and exiting wet areas within the Theme Park as surfaces may be slippery.
(c) Those with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, high blood pressure, or skin infections, are advised to seek medical advice before using any facilities. Prior to using any facilities, you must inform us of any condition which may affect your ability to use the facilities safely.
(d) Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities are recommended to visit our Guest Services located just inside the entrance where any of our friendly Guest Services team members can assist guests to plan their day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely.
(e) Guests with open wounds, infections, or contagious diseases are not permitted to use any water facilities.
(f) Pregnant guests must consult their healthcare provider or medical professional before using our facilities to ensure it is safe for their specific health circumstances. We may require evidence from any pregnant guests confirming that they can safely use the facilities. Some of our rides cannot be used by people who are pregnant.
(g) If you sustain any injury or illness or begin to feel or unwell while us the Theme Park facilities, you must stop using the facilities and immediately inform the Theme Park personnel.
(h) To maintain safety standards, no cameras, GoPro’s, glasses, goggles, or loose items are permitted on rides.
(i) You must act with good judgment and consideration, both for yourself and others, and to refrain from behaviour which could affect your safety, the safety of others, or the safety of the device itself.
(j) You must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any ride or device. If you choose to supply your own safety equipment, it must be approved by a Funfields’ Staff member before use.
(k) You are responsible for your own personal property.
(l) Funfields will not be responsible for any loss of personal property. Lockers are available for hire.
2.7. HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS – WHAT TO WEAR
(a) All guests must thoroughly wash and rinse their bodies before entering the water facilities in the Theme Park. Nudity is not permitted and swimwear or towels, as specified by the Theme Park, must be worn at all times.
(b) It is strictly prohibited to spit, blow your nose, or release any bodily fluids in the water.
(c) We do not permit any pets or animals to be brought into any part of the premises, other than legally permitted service animals.
(d) Swimwear is required to be worn at all waterpark activities. Only guests wearing swimsuits may ride the slides. Denim shorts, swimwear with buttons, snaps, rivets or exposed zippers is also not permitted. Hats may not be permitted on all rides
(e) Goggles and glasses cannot be worn in accordance with Australian Standards.
(f) Each attraction may have various clothing requirements that must be adhered to. Click here for details of clothing requirements for all the rides.
(g) All infants must wear the appropriate swim nappies in the water. Infant nappies should not be changed on the pool deck or lounge chairs. Please use the Change Rooms located behind Amazonia Falls, at Volcano Beach and near Shelter 6.
(h) A wide variety of swimwear and casual attire is acceptable at Funfields, however please note the following:
(i) In some circumstances, prosthetics may not be permitted. Please see our team if you have any concerns.
2.8. RESPECT FOR FACILITIES
(a) Please treat the facilities in the Theme Park with care and consideration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, guests will be responsible for the cost of any replacement or repair required due to damage caused to the Theme Park, whether intentional or accidental.
(b) Removal of any Theme Park property is strictly prohibited. Guests will be charged for the cost of replacement of any missing Theme Park property.
(c) Where you have hired any towels or robes or hired a locker during your stay, we reserve the right to charge a replacement fee if any towels, robes or keys are not returned to us.
2.9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
(a) Professional photography and video recording equipment or similar devices are strictly prohibited within any public areas in the Theme Park. You may use a mobile phone to record or take photographs of yourself or other members of your party but you must not photograph or record any other guest or Theme Park personnel, without consent, and must not use these devices in any change room or bathroom facility.
(b) Your image may be taken at any time for security or marketing purposes.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
3.1. BEHAVIOUR
(a) Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any inappropriate behaviours, including lewd acts, harassment, or any form of aggression, will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the Theme Park.
(b) Funfields reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for offensive behaviour, queue jumping, stealing, vandalism, being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow ride attendant’s instructions and/or ride safety instructions or signage.
(c) Balls, inflatables, cricket sets, frisbees or any other device that may jeopardise the safety of others or impede staff are not permitted.
(d) Alcohol, Glassware, Fold out Chairs, Portable Tables, Personal Gas BBQs or electrical applications of any sort are not permitted.
(e) The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility.
3.2. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
(a) The use of alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises, other than alcohol supplied by Funfields.
(b) Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises except in the designated smoking area.
(c) Guests must not participate in or on any theme park ride or device when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
3.3. FOOD AND DRINK
(a) Funfields does not allow commercially prepared food to be brought into the Theme Park for example McDonalds, KFC, Pizza, Fish & Chips etc.
(b) BYO Food & beverage excluding Alcohol and Glassware can be taken into Picnic Areas ONLY.
(c) Additional terms and conditions may apply to food and beverage, including alcohol, purchases.
5. PRIVACY AND COLLECTION NOTICE
(a) We collect personal information about you in order to enable you to access and use the Theme Park, to contact and communicate with you, to respond to your enquiries and for other purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
(b) Our Privacy Policy contains more information about how we use, disclose and store your information and details how you can access and correct your personal information.
(c) You agree to be bound by the clauses outlined in Funfield’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here.
6. LIABILITY AND WAIVER
6.1. LIABILITY
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to clause 7.1(b) , the total liability of each party in respect of loss or damage sustained by the other party in connection with this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the guest to Funfields for any goods or services.
(b) Clause 7.1(a) does not apply to any guest’s liability in respect of loss or damage sustained by Funfields arising from the guest’s breach of:
(i) clause 2.1
(ii) clause 2.6; or
(iii) clause 3.
6.2. CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any incidental, special or consequential loss or damages, or damages for loss of data, business or business opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, profits or revenue in connection with this agreement or any goods or services provided by Funfields, except:
(i) in relation to a party’s liability for fraud, personal injury, death or loss or damage to tangible property; or
(ii) to the extent this liability cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth);
6.3. GUEST LIABILITY RISK WARNING AND WAIVER
WARNING UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND FAIR TRADING ACT 2012
(a) Under the Australian Consumer Law (Victoria), several statutory guarantees apply to the supply of certain goods and services. These guarantees mean that the supplier named on this form is required to ensure that the recreational services it supplies to you-
(i) are rendered with due care and skill; and
(ii) are reasonably fit for any purpose which you, either expressly or by implication, make known to the supplier; and
(iii) might reasonably be expected to achieve any result you have made known to the supplier.
(b) Under section 22 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012, the supplier is entitled to ask you to agree that these statutory guarantees do not apply to you. If you sign this form, you will be agreeing that your rights to sue the supplier under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 if you are killed or injured because the services provided were not in accordance with these guarantees, are excluded, restricted or modified in the way set out in this form.
(c) NOTE: The change to your rights, as set out in this form, does not apply if your death or injury is due to gross negligence on the supplier’s part. Gross negligence, in relation to an act or omission, means doing the act or omitting to do an act with reckless disregard, with or without consciousness, for the consequences of the act or omission. See regulation 5 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Regulations 2012 and section 22(3)(b) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012.
(d) By entering our Theme Park, you understand and agree (and if a minor, your parent or guardian must agree):
(i) that entering the Theme Park and participating in the activities (Activities) within may expose you to risk, including accidents, injury, illness or even death. You assume all risk of injuries associated with participation in the Theme Park, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other guests and agree to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner when using the theme park;
(ii) you understand and acknowledge that participating in the Activities at the Theme Park is inherently dangerous and can occasion a range of minor and major injuries, including but not limited to, bumps, bruises, scrapes and scratches, sprains, twists, cramps, fractured bones, broken bones, torn ligaments, and even death. If you are participating in any activities provided by Funfields, you assume all risk of injuries and/or death associated with your participation and exclude Funfields from liability;
(iii) you warrant and represent that you have no injuries, physical restrictions, disabilities or predispositions to sickness or injury (Conditions) that may affect your participation in the Theme Park activities or that if you are aware of such Conditions, you participate in any activities provided by Funfields entirely at your own risk;
(iv) you agree that you will abide by all instructions provided by the relevant Funfields personnel while you are participating in the Activities and if you do not understand any instructions provided, you must cease participation in the Activities and seek clarification;
(v) you agree that if you sustain any injury or illness or begin to feel faint or unwell while at a Funfields facility, you must cease participation in any Activities and must immediately inform the relevant Funfields personnel who may record written details of your injury and any medical treatment administered. You agree that if you suffer a serious injury, the relevant Funfields personnel may administer medical treatment directly or seek emergency medical services (inducing calling an ambulance) at your expense;
(vi) you acknowledge and agree that you must not participate in any Activities while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or illicit substances (including where alcohol is served at a Funfields facility) as those substances impair your ability to participate in any Activities safely and may result in significant injury or death to you or others;
(vii) to the maximum extent permitted by law, you exclude Funfields and its officers, employees and contractors, the organisers, sponsors, other participants and any other persons involved in your participation in the Activities with Funfields (Releasees) from any demand, claim, or other proceeding in relation to any injury or death or loss or damage to personal property in connection with your participation in the Activities with Funfields, whether or not caused by the negligence of a Releasee;
(viii) you agree to indemnify each Releasee in relation to any demand, claim or proceeding that may be brought in connection with your participation in the Activities with Funfields where circumstances giving rise to such a demand, claim, or proceeding were caused or contributed to by you or your breach of this waiver or any other agreement between you and Funfields; and
(ix) you agree that should any part of this waiver be found by a court of law to be against public policy, in violation of any state statute or case precedence, or otherwise unenforceable, then only that wording is removed, and the remainder of this waiver will remain in full force.
(e) Before entering the Theme Park, each guest must read and sign the Guest Liability Waiver. You must not enter the facilities unless you have signed the Guest Liability Waiver. Please see a member of staff for further information.
6.4. CAR PARK
(a) Entry to the car park is at your own risk.
(b) Vehicles are parked at your own risk. Funfields is not responsible for loss of or damage to any vehicle or contents of your vehicle whilst parked on Funfields’ premises.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
(a) We reserve the right to change these Terms without prior notice for legal and safety reasons at any time. Otherwise, we will try to provide you with as much notice as possible for any changes.
(b) Any changes to the Terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the law applying in Victoria. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts of appeal from them in respect of any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this agreement. Each party irrevocably waives any objection to the venue of any legal process on the basis that the process has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
10. WAIVER
No party to this agreement may rely on the words or conduct of any other party as a waiver of any right unless the waiver is in writing and signed by the party granting the waiver.
11. SEVERANCE
Any term of this agreement which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remainder of this agreement is not limited or otherwise affected.
12. JOINT AND SEVERAL LIABILITY
An obligation or a liability assumed by, or a right conferred on, two or more persons binds or benefits them jointly and severally.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement embodies the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior negotiation, conduct, arrangement, understanding or agreement, express or implied, in relation to the subject matter of this agreement.
14. INTERPRETATION
(a) (singular and plural) words in the singular includes the plural (and vice versa);
(b) (gender) words indicating a gender includes the corresponding words of any other gender;
(c) (defined terms) if a word or phrase is given a defined meaning, any other part of speech or grammatical form of that word or phrase has a corresponding meaning;
(d) (person) a reference to “person” or “you” includes an individual, the estate of an individual, a corporation, an authority, an association, consortium or joint venture (whether incorporated or unincorporated), a partnership, a trust and any other entity;
(e) (party) a reference to a party includes that party’s executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns, including persons taking by way of novation and, in the case of a trustee, includes any substituted or additional trustee;
(f) (this agreement) a reference to a party, clause, paragraph, schedule, exhibit, attachment or annexure is a reference to a party, clause, paragraph, schedule, exhibit, attachment or annexure to or of this agreement, and a reference to this agreement includes all schedules, exhibits, attachments and annexures to it;
(g) (document) a reference to a document (including this agreement) is to that document as varied, novated, ratified or replaced from time to time;
(h) (headings) headings and words in bold type are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation;
(i) (includes) the word “includes” and similar words in any form is not a word of limitation;
(j) (adverse interpretation) no provision of this agreement will be interpreted adversely to a party because that party was responsible for the preparation of this agreement or that provision; and
(k) (currency) a reference to $, or “dollar”, is to Australian currency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. DEFINITIONS
Terms in brackets and in bold are definitions and will have the meaning of the words and/or sentence, as applicable preceding the definition.
- School excursions are offered on weekdays during Victorian Government Terms. They are not available on Weekends, Public Holidays or School Holidays.
- Students and guests may be photographed or filmed for security purposes. Any filming, photographing or image captured of students during school excursions is limited to surveillance and safety purposes only and will not be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Reserved areas are allocated as a base point for students to leave their belongings.
- Friday, 17th October and Tuesday, 21st October 2025, are designated as Year 12 celebration days. The park will operate from 10am until 2.30pm.
- Due to a daily limit on school excursion bookings, your requested date is not guaranteed if it reaches capacity before we receive your booking form. To avoid disappointment, please submit your completed form as soon as possible.
- If the number of students falls below the confirmed amount on your booking form, Funfields will allow a 10% reduction. Any additional shortfall will be charged at the School Excursion rate.
- No deposit is required unless requested based on previous payment history.
- Invoices will be issued on the excursion date and must be paid within 14 days.
- Late payment fee of $100 per week applies if invoice is not paid within 14 days.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed booking will be charged for cancellations made within 30 days of the excursion date.
- Funfields is committed to the cleanliness of our park grounds. Should your designated area be left with rubbish, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied to your invoice.
- The school excursion rate includes entry and unlimited use of rides and attractions, but does not cover optional extras such as food, drinks, locker hire, BBQ hire, or Fast Passes. Please note, Season Passes are not accepted for student admission on school excursions.
- All pricing is GST Inclusive.
- Any optional extras or food packages must be confirmed 14 days prior to the date of the excursion.No shortfalls apply.
- 1 teacher is permitted FREE of charge for every 10 students. Additional teachers will be charged at the School Excursion rate.
- Teachers are required to provide roaming and actively supervise for the duration of the excursion.
- Parents attending Funfields with the school excursion will be charged the standard General Admission price. This is payable on the day, or alternatively, can be invoiced to the school at the general admission rate should the school authorise this.
- Students that have been identified with special needs or weak/non swimmers will be required to wear a wristband to help ride staff identify those who may require additional time, assistance or restrictions on our rides.
- Students with additional needs who wish to ride the Alpine Toboggan Slide must first pass a safety assessment to ensure they meet the ride’s safety requirement.

- To the extent of any inconsistency between this clause and any other provision in this document, the General Terms & Conditions, or the Conditions of Entry, the terms set out in this document will prevail.
- School excursions are offered on weekdays during Victorian Government Terms. They are not available on Weekends, Public Holidays or School Holidays.
- Students and guests may be photographed or filmed for security purposes. Any filming, photographing or image captured of students during school excursions is limited to surveillance and safety purposes only and will not be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Reserved areas are allocated as a base point for students to leave their belongings.
- Wednesday 3rd December, Wednesday 10th December, Wednesday 18th & Thursday 19th December 2025 are reserved for Primary School Excursions ONLY. Funfields is NOT open to the Public or Secondary Schools on these days. The park will operate from 10am until 2.30pm.
- Friday 12th December, Monday 15th December & Tuesday 16th December 2025 are reserved for School Excursions ONLY. Funfields is NOT open to the Public on these days. The park will operate from 10am until 2.30pm.
- Due to a daily limit on school excursion bookings, your requested date is not guaranteed if it reaches capacity before we receive your booking form. To avoid disappointment, please submit your completed form as soon as possible.
- If the number of students falls below the confirmed amount on your booking form, Funfields will allow a 10% reduction. Any additional shortfall will be charged at the School Excursion rate.
- No deposit is required unless requested based on previous payment history.
- Invoices will be issued on the excursion date and must be paid within 14 days.
- Late payment fee of $100 per week applies if invoice is not paid within 14 days.
- A $500 cancellation fee applies to bookings of 30 or more students if cancelled within 30 days of the excursion date.
- A $1000 cancellation fee applies to bookings of 30 or more students if cancelled within 14 daysof the excursion date. Please note any excursions booked between 12th -19th, December 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed booking will apply if cancelled within 14 days of the excursion date.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed booking will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of the excursion date.
- Funfields is committed to the cleanliness of our park grounds. Should your designated area be left with rubbish, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied to your invoice.
- The school excursion rate includes entry and unlimited use of rides and attractions, but does not cover optional extras such as food, drinks, locker hire, BBQ hire, or Fast Passes. Please note, Season Passes are not accepted for student admission on school excursions.
- All pricing is GST Inclusive.
- Any optional extras or food packages must be confirmed 14 days prior to the date of the excursion.No shortfalls apply.
1 teacher is permitted FREE of charge for every 10 students. Additional teachers will be charged at the School Excursion rate.
Teachers are required to provide roaming and active supervision for the duration of the excursion in accordance with our safety and supervision plan. - Parents attending Funfields with the school excursion will be charged the standard General Admission price. This is payable on the day, or alternatively, can be invoiced to the school at the general admission rate should the school authorise this.
- Students that have been identified with special needs or weak/non swimmers will be required to wear a wristband to help ride staff identify those who may require additional time, assistance or restrictions on our rides.
- Students with additional needs who wish to ride the Alpine Toboggan Slide must first pass a safety assessment to ensure they meet the ride’s safety requirement.

- Group bulk discount tickets begin with a minimum of 20 guests and can be accessed through our website. Functions with 50 or more guests will be managed by our dedicated events team.
- Functions including catering must be confirmed and paid in full 14 Days prior to the date of your function.
- Ticket price does NOT include any optional extras (i.e. food or drinks, merchandise, locker hire, BBQ hire or slingshot fast passes).
- Combo Vouchers are redeemable between 11.30am and 2.30pm from the Food @ Funfields Café. ALL vouchers are ONLY valid on the day of the function. No refunds will be provided on any unredeemed optional Add-Ons.
- Upon receipt of full payment, tickets will be sent to you electronically. A printing fee will be applied for hard copy tickets.
- Tickets are valid for function date only. Your guests must present a ticket to gain entry. They will not be admitted without a ticket. Vouchers MUST be presented to redeem any offers. Please distribute tickets/vouchers to your guests prior to the function date. Funfields is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets or vouchers.
- Undercover seating will be reserved based on your function size.
- Funfields is an outdoor Theme Park. In the event of inclement weather or any other extenuating circumstances, in the interest of safety, the use of some rides may be restricted or temporarily unavailable. No refunds will be available, your function can be rescheduled for an alternative date which falls within your package date parameters (subject to availability).
- There will be no refunds issued if there is a decrease in your number of guests on the day of your function.
- Functions hiring external caterers that are not organised through Funfields will incur a surcharge of $4.00 per guest.
- Funfields does not allow external Santa visits, all Santa visits must be organised through Funfields.
- Funfields does not allow commercially prepared food (e.g. McDonalds, KFC, Pizza, Fish & Chips etc.), Alcohol or glassware to be brought inside the park.
- Personal BBQs are not permitted inside the park. There are communal BBQs which cannot be reserved. They operate on tokens which cost $5.00 for 20 minutes.
- Vehicles are not permitted to drive into the park grounds for any reason. There cannot be any exception to this rule. If you are enlisting the services of an outside caterer, please ensure they are aware of this.
- A non-refundable deposit is required of $1000 for groups of 50-299 guests and $5000 for groups of with
300 + guests. - All Guests are subject to Funfields’ General Terms & Conditions.
- Season Pass Holders are required to pre-book online for each visit throughout the season.
- Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance of your intended visit date.
- Season Pass Holders who haven’t prebooked may be turned away at the gate in the event of the park reaching capacity.
- Funfields recommends creating an online Roller account to help make this process faster and easier.
- Funfields may close rides, attractions and/or the whole premises on a permanent or temporary basis due to adverse weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance activity, capacity, special events or other reasons. There will be no extensions to your Season Pass as a result of limited visitation, premises or ride closure.
- Guests presenting a Carers or Companion Card, who wish to ride the Alpine Toboggan Slide, may undergo a safety assessment to ensure they can safely control the toboggan and follow instructions. This is for the safety of all participants.
- Should Funfields need to close on any individual days throughout the season. There will be no special consideration made for Season Pass holders.
- Failure to adhere to any terms and conditions or directions from Funfields’ team members may lead to suspension or cancellation of the Season Pass. Funfields reserves the right to take this action at their sole discretion.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/under the active supervision of a person 16 years or older to gain admission.
- Season Passes are valid for unlimited visits during Funfields’ normal trading hours, subject to capacity until 12th April 2026, excluding any special events.
- Season passes are not transferable or refundable. Any breach will result in passes being cancelled.
- Season passes are not accepted as an admission ticket with school excursion or holiday program bookings.
- A photo must be taken on your first visit.
- Zip-Pay and Afterpay are only available for online purchases.
- All Season Pass Holders are subject to Funfields’ General Terms & Conditions.
- A $50 bond is required for Day Beds and a $100 bond for VIP Cabanas upon entry. This bond is fully refundable, provided there is no damage or a breach of T&C’s
- VIP Cabanas – A maximum of 8 guests are permitted in our Amazonia, Birdy Cove, Lava Lagoon and Volcano Beach, VIP Cabanas.
- Day Beds – Each Day Bed can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 Adults & 2 Children Under 14 years old.
- Table hire – One Table seats up to 8 people maximum.
- Amazonia Lounges – 4 x Reserved Amazonia Lounges. Accommodates 4 People in total.
- VIP Cabana, Day Bed, Lounge or Table Hire does not include entry into the park.
- Hut furniture must not be removed from inside the Hut.
- Naked flames, candles or smoking, is not permitted inside or outside of the Hut.
- VIP Cabana, Day Bed, Lounge and Table Hire are available for a full day hire only.
- Funfields reserves the right to charge the hirer for any damage to, or removal of, items and furniture from any VIP Cabana, Day Bed, Lounge or Table reservation.
- VIP Cabana, Day Bed, Lounge and Table Hire payments are non-refundable. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the booking date is required for date transfers; subject to availability.
- Table hire – Guests will be notified of their table location upon arrival, Note: we are unable to accommodate specific location requests.
- All guests in VIP Cabanas, Day Beds & Lounges will be issued with VIP wristbands and these are not transferrable between guests.
